Mechanical and Electrical Estimates

OME can undertake the mechanical and electrical services estimate from start to finish reliving you of the time consumed in completing the estimate. We will approach your supply chain for fixed costs, complete the take-offs required, insert everything into our Trimble estimating software, and provide you with the tender letter, breakdowns and all quotes obtained for your review and sign off.  We will also include the labour rate, mark ups and preliminaries you would like assigned to the estimate. We are also more than happy to undertake mechanical or electrical only bids for you, so no need to worry if you only need the M or the E from OME.
