Pre-construction is the stage where you need to be buying at your best to set yourself up for the rest of the project. We have a massive database of suppliers and contractors whom we would always be happy to approach and confident to recommend to you. We are also happy to review the tender drawings before the move into working drawings to see if efficiency can be improved. Working from your net estimate figures, we would do our utmost to drive the figures down.
