How it Works

With each estimate or request for the services we offer there is a process to be completed. Our structured steps of progression through every estimate ensure that it is delivered to the highest standard.

1. Outsource ME receives the request and information is issued.
2. Supply chain contact information is provided ready for information to be issued.
3. All documentation is read and any RFIs are raised.
4. We respond to any enquiries made.
5. The service commences.
6. Quotations for plant items and sub-contractor packages are received and
7. Data is inputted into our live price updating system, in line with the tender breakdown (Amtech).
8. A standard template of the client’s tender return letter is issued to Outsource ME to complete clarifications and tender notes.
9. A final check is completed, checking figures, allowances and scope.
10. Three estimate breakdowns are issued (labour/material summary, sell SQORS and tender summary) along with the tender letter and all quotations obtained.
11. The client reviews all information and any changes required are actioned without delay.

We appreciate that every client deals with the estimates in a slightly different way, therefore we attempt to be as flexible as possible so that the client feels as if Outsource ME is a remote extension of their own estimating team.
